The attentive staff, especially Hassan at the reception, made me feel truly welcome, ensuring every aspect of my stay was seamless. Despite the absence of an elevator, their assistance with luggage and organizing taxis showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction. Impeccably clean rooms, modern amenities like a spacious flat-screen TV, and the warmth of a welcoming shower made my stay truly comfortable. It's safe to say that this hotel has effortlessly combined comfort, convenience, and exceptional service, earning my wholehearted recommendation to all seeking an unforgettable stay in Istanbul.
